This is a spindle that I designed.  I enjoy spinning from the comfort of a chair.  The shaft is much longer so you can sit easily and the disc is larger to keep the momentum going while your spin. Your kit will come with the spindle (ready to assemble and finish), and "How to Spin" compete instructions.  The shaft is about 28 to 30 inches.  $19.95 + S&H
